Today I'm starting the 'Reader's Wrap' for my SIL. I bought the yarn last week at AC Moore here in Wilkes-Barre because they were having a big sale. I'm excited to get started because I have 3 on my list of this pattern to make. I'm hopeful that it will knit up quickly!
Wish me luck... this knitting project will be my 'break' from unpacking... I told myself... 15 mins for every 2 hours of unpacking work! Now.. where's my timer....

This would make a perfect present for some people that I know. But I'm not going to add it to my list yet. Not until I get the others done first. Did you purchase the pattern?
Good Luck! I like your idea of 15 minutes of knitting for every 2 hours of unpacking. Now only if you could reverse that! :)
hahaha.. yeah 2 hours of knitting for every 15 mins of unpacking.. now that's funny! I knit for a while this morning and finished up a new Harry Potter pattern to post on my blog (after it's blocked).. it's ok, but not as good as my first one... oh well! ;-)
the pattern was purchased.. from Annie's attic if I recall correctly.. and it is very very simple... just a seed stitch border with stockinette stitch for the body and then separate seed stick pockets that are knit squares that you sew on after...
Looks like a great gift for just about anyone, Michelle.
Hey, best of luck with the unpacking....I did the same thing 4 years ago and it's STILL fresh in my mind....Ay Vey! I'm in PA also.
